Crown Castle Reports EPS Miss, Revenues Slightly Better

Crown Castle (NYSE:CCI) reported its Q4 results, with EPS of $0.95 coming in worse than the Street estimate of $0.98. Revenue was $1.76 billion, slightly better than the Street estimate of $1.75 billion.

Site rental revenues were 0.7% higher than Street estimates, while tower site leasing revenue beat the estimates by 1.1%. Small cell/fiber leasing revenue was 1.5%, in line with expectations.

Adjusted EBITDA was $1.090 billion (61.8% margin) vs. the Street estimate of $1.089 billion (62.3%margin). AFFO of $802 million was 0.4% above the Street estimates.

The company provided its fiscal 2023 outlook, expecting EPS in the range of $3.67-$3.85, compared to the Street estimate of $3.78.
