FICO (NYSE:FICO) reported its Q1 results, with EPS of $4.26 coming in better than the Street estimate of $4.20, largely due to a lower share count. Revenue was $344.9 million, roughly in line with Street estimates, as B2B benefited from multi-year license renewal partially offset by weakness in B2C revenues and professional services.
B2B origination revenue growth moderated from Q4/22; however, it is expected that the price increases will deliver robust B2B growth despite further volume degradation while B2C growth will remain challenged. Positively, the 49% margin beat also came in higher than the Street estimate of 46.7%.
